Quick Win: Turn any long PDF report into a 5-question interview you can "ask" in seconds instead of reading cover to cover.

How to do it:

  1. Upload the PDF (report, whitepaper, filing) to Claude/ChatGPT.

  2. Ask it to draft the 5 questions a sharp executive would want answered about this document.

  3. Have it answer each question using only the document's content, with page or section citations.

  4. Skim the citations instead of the full report β€” you'll catch what matters in a fraction of the time.

AI Tool to use: Claude/ChatGPT

The unlock: Most people read documents linearly and lose the thread. Framing the document as a Q&A forces the AI to surface what's actually decision-relevant, so you spend your reading time on conclusions instead of context.

Personal Finance Quick Win

Quick Win: Turn a messy bank statement CSV into a categorized spending breakdown in under 2 minutes instead of sorting transactions by hand.

How to do it:

Export last month's transactions as a CSV from your bank or credit card portal.

Upload it to Claude and ask: "Categorize these transactions into spending buckets (groceries, subscriptions, dining, etc.) and tell me my top 3 areas of overspend vs. last month."

Follow up with: "Which of these subscriptions haven't I used in 60 days?" to catch waste.

Save the categorized summary and repeat monthly as a 5-minute check-in.

AI Tool to use: Claude

The unlock: Categorizing spend by hand is where budgeting habits usually die β€” the friction kills the follow-through. Handing the sorting to AI removes the tedious part and leaves you with just the decision: what to cut.

🌟 Quick Win - Writing with AI

Quick Win: Have AI find the 20% of your draft that's doing 0% of the work β€” then cut it.

How to do it:

* Paste your draft into Claude/CHATGpt/Gemini with this prompt: "Read this and highlight every sentence that could be deleted without losing meaning or changing my argument. Then give me the tightened version."

* Compare the trimmed version side-by-side with your original.

* If the tightened version reads faster and says the same thing, ship it β€” don't re-add the fluff out of attachment.

The edge: Most writing problems are actually editing problems. AI is a ruthless, unemotional editor that doesn't get attached to sentences you spent 20 minutes crafting β€” so it catches the fluff you can't see yourself.
